Hi Ross
Finished the 12 week course and feeling much healthier than before. Have kept the weight I lost off and intend to continue with this.
The course has certainly got me thinking more about what I’m eating and how it effects my body. I now find that I can’t eat certain foods anymore - I was a huge chocolate girl! But, now it’s just tastes of sugar and milk, which ultimately is what it is!
My palette changed very quickly and certain foods taste different to before. I hated ginger before this diet and now I love it! I now love more clean tastes where I can really distinguish the flavours of the foods I’m eating. I also feel so much happier in myself. My moods lifted quite quickly after eating the alkaline foods and my energy has definitely remained higher than before. Long may it continue. My aunt saw me recently and said that I looked the best she has seen me in years! If that’s not a sign this diet works, I don’t know what is. I felt chuffed to bits.

Things are still going very well with the course. Managing to stick to it even though I’m away most of the week with work!
The exercise is going great guns, now doing 60mins of running, even though I’m supposed to be doing 45mins. I never thought I’d ever be able to run this far with out cramping in my legs!
So far I have lost 26lbs, going from 15st 2lbs to 13st 2lbs, and feeling and looking much better for it!

Hi Ross,
I’m on week seven now and I am living a new life.. I feel like the old me has gone and there is a new and improved me in its place. I can’t believe that I have got this much more energy and I don’t ever have cravings for the old foods I used to eat every day.
So far I’ve lost 7kg, had to buy loads of new jeans and my psoriasis is nearly all disappeared. I cannot thank you enough for this course.
