How to make soya milk with the Magic Bean Milk Maker 1. Take 70 – 105 g dry soy beans (use supplied measure cup to measure). Soak beans in water for 4-12 hours (or overnight). Pour away water from soaking – it shall NOT be used for milk. 2. Pour 0,8 – 1,9 L cold fresh water in the main drink container of the soymilk maker. You can see min-max levels marked on the main drink container.
3. We recommend putting pre-soaked soy beans directly in the grinding holder. You can also use dry beans – then put them through the hole in the upper part of the machine. 4. Press “ON” button
5. You will hear a signal tone in about 20 minutes. Your milk is ready. IMPORTANT: Do not allow the protein to dry and clean the machine right after use. (Wait about 5 minutes to let the stainless steel parts cool down a little.) If the machine dries dirty, it will be very hard to clean it afterwards, especially the fine holes of the grinding holder.
6. The secret of really tasty and healthy milk is the right cooking process. The Cornell method, claimed to be used by many producers, is dependant on the right water temperature while grinding the beans. And the milk can be brought to boiling point only after the beans are grinded. But how can one control the temperature if the machine has no temperature sensor?? The Magic Bean Milk Maker has has an additional temperature sensor and is temperature & time controlled. |
