Unleash the Power Within London :: Hotel Package with Team Energise

As UPW veterans, we know how difficult it can be to find quality accomodation for UPW. If the hotels at the venue sell out then you are left with a very expensive, and very difficult taxi ride to and from the venue at 2am and then back again at 7am.

In recognising this, we are negotiating with an on-site hotel to provide a package to anyone who books their UPW ticket through Energise.

The advantages of this are:

• Booking packaged together with your upw ticket, removing the headache for you
• The hotel will be on-site at ExCeL – less than a five minute walk to the venue!
• This will provide a great group atmosphere and networking opportunity

Here’s How It Will Work

If you choose to stay at the Team Energise Hotel through our UPW Hotel Package, this is how it will work:

• Arrive Friday morning and check in to the hotel.
• Meet other people in the hotel bar - giving you the opportunity to meet other Team Energise members.
• Meet in registration hall to register for the event, receive your ticket, and nutritional supplements (+ other goodies).
• The event starts at 1pm, so after registration at the hall you are free to wander, relax and take in the vibe of the event.
• During lunch and evening breaks you can reconvene at the hotel to regroup with other Team Energise members.
• On Saturday morning you can pick up your firewalk certificates from us at the event.

The hotel is the ibis Hotel, ExCeL London, Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Dock, London E16 1AB – less than five minutes walk from the venue. Prices include a Double Room with breakfast for 3 nights.

Cost for the hotel is only £150 per night (£450 total for the 3 nights)
