ok. So for some reason Im running the jungle marathon in october. 200k over 7 days. Need to get superfit over the next couple of months. any advice ?

I also REALLY recommend you pick up Stu Mittleman's book 'Slow Burn' - check it on amazon - it is an unbelievable read and offers amazing strategies for ultramarathon running.
Stu is one of the best ultramarathon runners in the world...!
