Nutrition Facts.
Better food habits can help you be healthier. The American Heart Association recommends that you eat a wide variety of foods daily from all of the basic food groups.

I hope we can all do that.. But it's tough, you must have discipline, Healthy diet and exercise will d,o if you have that..
Hi there,
yes it is very difficult to always be disciplined and stick to things 100%.
I do however think that the key point is not to set your expectations too high at the beginning, as you are much more likely to fail then. Dietary and exercise wise it is better to make small steps at a time, as you are then more likely to stick to it and achieve more in the long term.
I think a lot of people have extremely high expectations when they make changes to their lifestyles. With our hectic western lifestyles it is however quite difficult to always stick to those changes 100% and we have to adapt to changing cir***stances. If you then "fail" in your eyes, you are probably much more likely to give up completely and fall back into the old eating habits.
A little bit of change at a time will definitely make more impact in the long run, then drastic changes at the beginning.
Cheers,
BIbi

Motivation is most important factor in dieting..many people fail in dieting due to their lack in motivation. Bibi has made the point more clearer.
If you want to reduce weight keep motivating yourself by seeing yourself in mirror and move with people who are keen in dieting. This helps a lot.
