Hi There

Im in the UK and I always get this bread form Holland and Barrett:

Its really nice. I like to have it with avocado on top! Very alkalinising!

Good call!

I do like that brand a lot. A lot of people ask after the sprouted wheat tortillas that Dr Young mentions. As of yet we have been unable to find a supplier in the UK - but there could be good news on the horizon. I had a phone call with Dr Young a few weeks ago and he mentioned that he and Shelly were looking into producing a 'make your own sprouted tortilla' pack (I'm thinking a bit like the bake your own bread packs you get from the grocery store). If they do go ahead with this, we will definitely bring it over to the UK.

So keep your eyes open for it! In the meantime, the sprouted breads are fantastic.

Have a great weekend everyone
Ross

Crikey

That bread doesn't look great! Hardly an olive and sundried tomato sourdough fresh from the oven is it?! Maybe this alkaline thing is going to be more difficult than I thought! Ha ha ha.
