Alkaline Body Cleanse

A Nutritional and Herbal Cleanse for Your Colon, Liver, Blood and Body

Due to the highly acidic diet that most people in the UK are used to, our bodies urgently need to be cleaned up! Cleansing will alkalise the body, eliminating acid wastes and negative microforms, detoxifying the blood, tissues and digestive systems - while sending energy levels through the roof!

A cleanse literally involves super-hydration through a liquid feast in which you consume only liquidised, alkalising meals such as soups and juices. A Typical Day on the Cleanse

7am

7 - 8am
Undertake aerobic exercise such as running or excercise on a rebounder

8am
Breakfast - Either alkalising raw soup or vegetable super juice.

9am-12pm
Drink 1 litre of alkaline/distilled water with Alkalive Green and pH Booster.

1pm Lunch
Alkalising raw soup (see alkaline recipes).

2 - 5pm
Drink 1 litre of alkaline/distilled water with Alkalive Green and pH Booster.

6pm
Dinner - alkalising raw soup (see alkaline recipes).

7 - 9pm
Drink further Alkalive Green or plain distilled water with pH Booster and fresh lemon or lime.

Throughout the day, if you are still hungry have more soup, Super Juice or Alkalive Greens. Feel free to snack on fresh sprouts such as alfalfa or mung bean.
