Find What You Want to Buy

If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name in any of the search boxes around the website.

Alternatively, type a general name (for example, "green drinks") in a search box, or click tabs and links around the website until you discover something interesting.

To get more information about a product, click its name to see its product information page. There you'll find:

• image/s of the item
• information
• reviews
• the buttons you need to add the item to your Shopping Cart

Add the Item to your Shopping Cart

The Shopping Cart is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Cart or save them for later if you change your mind. When you find what you want (or what you might want) click the "Add to Basket" button on the item's product information page.

When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Cart, click " Basket" at the top of the page, just above the dark green bar going across the screen. you will also find it

• To change quantities, fill in the quantity box next to the item required and press the "Update Qty " button. 
• To remove an item from the shopping cart, click on the remove icon on the left.
• To start filling in the order form, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Step 1

Either checkout as a "guest" or "register" for quick checkout and order tracking

Sign In

Lookup your address by putting in your billing postcode.

Choose to ship to this address or enter and alternative address.

The e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address we can use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. You must use your own e-mail address, even if you're buying something for someone else.

Select a Delivery Method and Delivery Option

Consider how quickly you'd like to receive your order, and choose a delivery method. If the order is for UK delivery you will be able to select either Royal Mail or Courier Delivery as your delivery option. Courier is the default delivery method when the order total is greater than £100 and/or greater than 2kg as this is the cheaper option.

The delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

Provide Method of Payment

Next, let us know how you want to pay for your order. We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Paypal. All orders must be prepaid.

Review and Submit your Order
Check the information you've provided. When you're ready, click the "Submit" button to submit your order.

Payment

This will take you to our Protx Secure Payment page.  Please enter the card type you wish to pay with.  Next fill in the relevant fields, i.e. card number, security code etc..  Then click "Make Payment".

Once the payment has been processed, you will be taken back to the Energise For Life order confirmation screen.  We'll then send you a confirmation e-mail message. We'll also send you an e-mail message when we dispatch the order to you.

Tracking your Order

After placing your order you track it's status by going following the link in the order confirmation email or in your account area.
