Developing a love for aerobic and anaerobic exercise
is a great gift, not only for your body, but also for your mind.
The stimulation
provided by exercise can provide so many benefits to you in terms
of your perceptions, thoughts, ambitions and general outlook that
these benefits far outweigh the pain associated with exercise!
At present, this is the smallest of the resources
sections offered by EFL! However, we will be building upon this
greatly in the near
future to cover both aerobic and anaerobic training and exercise.
