	Ingredients: 49 herbs, seeds, roots, fruits and flowers. as well as plenty of trace elements and minerals. Recommended Dosage: It’s best to drink two cups of AlkaHerb® herbal tea daily Suggested Use: Using one tablespoon of AlkaHerb® herbal tea to a litre of water or use one level teaspoon for a cup of tea. Put the desired amount of herb mixture in a teapot, pour boiling water over it and stir briefly. Then allow the tea to steep for approx. 3-5 minutes and pour it through a tea strainer. Initially, it’s best to drink two cups of AlkaHerb® herbal tea daily.
	DETAILED DESCRIPTION
	In the long term, 1/2 -I litre of AlkaHerb® herbal tea can be drunk daily - in the summer as a thirst quencher and in winter as a warming drink. The tea is also extremely appropriate for use in conjunction with fasting, diets and purification regimens. 1-2 cups daily have been shown to be the ideal dosage. In addition also drink enough water; it should be 1.5 times the quantity of tea you drink per day. Spring or purified water with a low mineral content is best for this purpose.
