Recent customer review: "We’re big lovers of fresh juices and we’ve used a centrifugal pulper/juicer for years now but have been rather disappointed with the results - very frothy, aerated juice that quickly oxidises and a lot of juice left in the "waste" pulp. Having read how good masticating juicers are supposed to be we bought one of these Matstone ones and have to say that all that I’ve read is true. The juicer works by slowly squeezing the juice from the fruit/vegetables as it travels along the extraction tube. The juice that comes out is largely pulp-free (no need for secondary filtering) and totally froth-free, and the waste pulp is almost dry. The amount of juice this thing extracts is amazing, much more than our old centrifugal juicer used to get from the same amount of fruit. It’s so good you feel it could get blood from a stone! It can also act as a mincer & pasta maker, but we haven’t tried those functions yet"
