The measurement which best determines the alkaline reserves of the body is the saliva pH. When the saliva pH is above 7.2 then the alkaline reserves are sufficient. If the saliva pH is below 7.2 then the alkaline reserves are deficient and the body needs more alkaline food, drink and/or supplements.

By adding PuripHy to your tap water you can increase the alkalinity of it from pH 6-7 to around pH 8-9.  This is an incredibly potent product.
