www.energiseforlife.com is a unique site which is made up of two inter-connected components:

1) The energiseforlife.com shop: offering supplements, omega oils, green drinks, juicers, rebounders and
other health products

2) Free health resources: these have been designed and created to give our visitors access to all of the information
they require to reach their health and nutrition goals

Each page retains the same easy navigation which has been divided into these areas:

The top line of each page includes:

My Account Area. Here is where you can track orders, view previous orders and view your downloads

My Wish list. This is where you can let others know what you would like, or even yourself

View basket/checkout. So you know what you have selected to order.

Log In. So you can log in to your account area, or click here to create an account.

If you require quick access to a particular product or brand you can use the '"Search" function. This will take you to the products which match your search query. The search looks for product names and descriptions to give you the greatest possible chance of finding your desired product

Find What You Are Looking For:

Are you looking for a specific product of brand? There are three ways you can search:

• type a product name or brand name or even description (ie. juicer or green drink) into the search bar and hit 'go' - this search box will appear on every page on the site
• browse a category from the tabs at the top of every page
• browse through the links on the left hand side to search by brand or category
• If you are unsure as to the products you think you may need to reach a specific health goal, you can either contact us or browse through our health resources. These resources give information about health and nutrition and will link to related resources. For instance, if you wanted to learn about rebounding, you could read about rebounding and what it can do for you and from here we will link to the rebounders and other health and fitness equipment we offer.

Registration and Logging-In

You do not need to register at energiseforlife.com to browse the site or use the free resources. You only need to register if you wish to track orders and purchase history. To register you will be asked for:

- Your Name
- email Address
- A Password
- Billing/Shipping Address

This registration process will be part of your ordering process so you do not have to worry about registering before you shop. Once you have registered, we'll ask for your e-mail address and password every time you want to access your account. This log in screen is to make sure that only you have access to your account details.
