- which one is better to use for alkalising Ph-drops or Phour? If one is using the Ph-drops what is the added benefit of using Phour?
- Ph drops increase the alkalinity of the water you drink. Phour salts replace the 4 essential alkalising minerals that are lacking in a traditional western diet. So they both alkalise in different ways and you can use both to help increase your alkalinity. Adding green powder such as mega greens, or Doc Broc power plants will also help make your body more alkaline. I would suggest you look at the blog section for more information that you may find useful.

- I just bought this product and started to mix it in my green drink, which I always drink with a lot of lemmon. When I put in the salt, it starts to "fizz and bubble". Is that OK? Or do I have to drink the salts and the lemmon seperately?
Thanks!
- That will be ok, it's just the bicarbonate reacting with the lemon

- Is this like an istant alkaliser we can take after we eat something bad? If so, could we eat something with sugar and fix it with this salt (on occasion ofcourse :-)
- If you ocassionaly have a non alkaline meal, using the phour salts before or after would be a good way to try to balance the acidifying effects.
