   I find it helps keep me alkaline . But I use it dual purpose. I mix my daily dose with warm water and peppermint oil and use it like a mouthwash throughout the day but swallowing it instead of spitting out! It helps keep my breath fresh and my mouth and teeth alkaline, unlike the commercial mouth washes which are acidic and full of chemicals! Love it (Posted on 02/12/2010)

   With a gout problem it was recommedned to me. I've changed my routine with other things (udo's oil, greens, ect) so can't localise the impact it has had on its own but will keep doing it in my daily routine.    I've been drinking alkaline water with Doc Brocs for a while now and never really knew what pHour Salts were for. After reading a Q&A section on the importance of correct salts in our diet I decided to give it a go. I have to say since I started taking pHour Salts (once a day first thing in the morning) my energy has trippled and I am feeling more alkalised than ever before. Great product would highly recommend.    I'm recovering from protracted benzodiazepine withdrawal. Insomnia has been the worst withdrawal symptom, which has been greatly alleviated by switching to an alkaline diet. I've not been able to exercise at all for a long time as even 5 minutes of gentle exercise seemed to worsen the insomnia. I read the review about this product helping muscles recover after exercise, and gave the product a try. It's about 3 weeks since starting with the salts now. From day 1 I have been able to do a daily 20 minute yoga session, with no side effects at all. I cannot recommend this product highly enough. (Posted on 31/05/2010)

   I drink and bathe in the Phsalts. I use as a drink when my PH has dropped and I can feel it in myself and it brings the PH to an alkalising figure v.v.v. quickly.
   
   i recently had to go on antibotics which my body didn't like and had to stop after 3 days...as my body ended up v.v. acidic and ended up with thrush. So did PHsalts morning and evening and bathed in it and it really helped.. GREAT. Love this product. (Posted on 25/05/2010)
