Energise for Life - Postage and Shipping Information

To view the cost of shipping for your order, simply add your products to the basket and the shipping cost will be shown below.

UK Mainland Delivery Options:

1st Class Post Recorded - This is the fastest "Trackable Royal Mail Delivery Service" we use and usually arrives next day, however please allow up to 3 days for delivery. Delivery costs vary according to the weight of the item. Orders arrive in the morning with your normal post and available for all orders up to £100 or 2kg.

Business Post & DPD Courier Delivery - This is a "Priority Next Day" delivery service and providing all items are in stock and ordered before 2 pm it will arrive between the hours of 9am and 5pm the following working day. This has a standard charge of £6.95 and is capped no matter how big the order. (For all orders over £100 or over 2kg this option is automatically selected).

Super Saver Free Delivery 1-3 Days - This option appears if an order contains any item that is to be dispatched with "Free UK Delivery". Depending on the weight, your whole order will be sent either with Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or by Courier. (For all orders over £100 or over 2kg then your order will be sent using courier). This is for UK Main land only.

Saturday, before 10 am and before 12 noon Courier Delivery now available. Please call for details.

International Delivery Options (including Republic of Ireland):

European Air Mail - This is a Royal Mail delivery service we use and usually arrives within 10 days (depending on the country). This is NOT TRACKABLE and delivery costs vary according to the weight of the item. Please be aware that if you select European Air Mail and your consignment goes missing, we cannot be held responsible as there is no way of tracking your parcel. We recommend that European Air Mail only be used for smaller orders.

Recorded European Air Mail - Signed For - This is the fastest and most secure "Trackable Royal Mail Delivery Service" we use and usually arrives within 10 days (depending on the country). This is track able and delivery costs vary according to the weight of the item.

DPD International Courier Delivery - If the order is over 2kg or £100 it is automatically shipped using this courier. This service is fully track able and orders arrive within 5 days (depending on the country).

Parcel Force Courier Delivery - If your shipping destination is outside the EU we occassionally send your parcel with PArcel Force, this is dependant on the cost ond weight of the parcel. This is fully trackable.

What Delivery Company's do you use?

The delivery company's we use are: Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DPD or Business Post . All courier companies provide us with a unique consignment number, which can be used to track your parcel's progress.

How can I track an order?

The tracking number will be e-mailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched so as to enable you to track the delivery. Alternatively you can track through our website in the Account Area.

I have not received my dispatched order?

90% of the time (within Mainland UK) delivery is next day, however, in the event your parcel does not arrive within 3-4 working days from despatch, please e-mail us on customerservices@energiseforlife.com or you can contact the delivery compnay through the "My Account" area.

What if an item of my order is currently not in stock?

In the unlikely event your order is partially stocked we will e-mail you to let you know and after 5 days automatically send the in stock items. The outstanding products will follow in a separate package using first class delivery - Free of Charge. However if you wish to have you order partially shipped, please call us and we will do our best to assist.

Please Note:

For all courier deliveries, we suggest delivery to an address that will be occupied 24 hours a day (ideally your place of work) as a signature is required on delivery.

If no-one is in, you will be carded by the courier who will then take your parcel back to their depot. Delivery will be attempted on the next available working day automatically. If this also fails your parcel will be held at the local depot for up to 5 days and returned to us if no further contact from you, 'the customer', is received.

Energise For Life will try its best to help you receive your parcel easily and as conveniently as possible. But please be aware that if we believe the couriers and ourselves have done all that could reasonably be asked to deliver your parcel after two attempts, we will ask you to accept the postal charge of £6.95 for redelivery.

The Mainland UK includes: England, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses. The post and packing cost is Royal Mail Franking Rate plus recorded delivery (68p) and packaging (75p). Alternatively, courier delivery can be chosen at £6.95 unless the order weighs more than 1.7kg or has a value of more than £100 in which case the only option is courier delivery (this gives both ourselves and yourselves greater security in the event of any loss or damage). All Mainland UK order postage charges are capped at £6.95. The delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

If you have placed an order using the wrong destination, we reserve the right not to ship and contact you for the additional funds.

With Northern Ireland and Islands & Scottish Highlands (including Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands) Deliveries and a courier delivery has been selected, delivery to these areas can be slightly higher than mainland deliveries, otherwise normal Royal Mail rates apply. If you are concerned about the delivery cost, the delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.
