For the last few months I have been shifting my way of eating towards a macrobiotic diet.

Many of the ingredients the recipes require, such as oils, green powders and aminos have been tricky for me to locate on the high street. I tried all the usual high street health chains to be greeted with a lot of vacant expressions. 'What do you mean living?', 'you want that Raw? Urrrgh!' etc.

Just to say I have tried the oil extractor and it is brilliant. From 500g of golden flax seeds I got 6oz of pure freshly pressed organic flax oil (which I use instead of butter when I make a sandwich amongst other uses).It costs £16 to buy 500mg of 'Udo's choice' 3 6 & 9 oil. I put my 6oz into the bottle and the seeds were only about  £2.50. And it is soo quiet in operation,  so satisfying ,Everyone should know about these excellent goods you sell Bibi. I shall spread the word. Great stuff.
