About
our Journey and Tony Robbins' UPW UK
|
Energise
for Life was created with the mission to provide individuals with
every resource they needed to achieve their health goals.
When we first began our own journeys towards our health goals we found
that building upon the information we learned on the Living Health day
of Tony Robbins UPW was difficult. A lot of the information we were looking
for was scattered across many books, CDs and websites and much of it
was conflicting (to eat fruit or not was a prime example of this!).
Therefore our
primary goal for this site was to bring this information together
as best as we possibly could to enable you to keep the momentum
going and embark upon your new lifestyle as quickly as possible.
At the Tony Robbins Seminar, UPW UK we were opened up to a whole host
of great researchers and individuals such as Stu Mittleman, Dr Young
and
Deepak
Chopra. We
cannot give enough respect to these individuals and highly recommend
that you seek out their various books and multimedia.
