Just a quick one to wish all of you who are going to UPW London the very best.

If you are a UPW vetran I hope you give it 110% and still play full-out! If this is going to be your first time then please remember to take your open mind with you, go with the flow, give it everything and have a great time.

UPW was one of the best weekends of my life and if I were not in Australia then I would most certainly be there with the rest of the Energise for Life gang!

Look out for Callum and John this weekend and do not be afraid to introduce yourselves!
