How to Keep the UPW Momentum!

- Visit the forum: There is a dedicated UPW Community at the Energise Forums - sign up to chat to other people about the event, post your goals, ask for feedback, get support and catch up with everyone you met at the event!
- Enter the UPW Photo Competition! Do you have some awesome snaps from UPW London? Send in your photos for a chance to with our UPW Alkaliser Starter Pack worth over £100!
- Download the UPW Playlist! We have set up a special iMix at iTunes with all of the best songs from UPW London! This is a great playlist to exercise to as you already have anchored so many positive emotions to so many of these tunes!
- Now STEP UP & MAKE YOUR MOVE!!!
