Hello!
It has been some time coming but the Energise for Life (EFL) blog has finally come alive. We have been wanting to do this for some time now as we think that this is going to offer us a great way of communicating with you and keeping you up to date with anything and everything to do with health and nutrition.
The overall aim of the blog is to enhance your experience of EFL, to help you get as much out of the site as possible and to give you as much value and information as we humanly can! I suspect that this will involve more hard work than I can accurately perceive at the moment, but as it’s good fun I won’t mind a great deal.
So, at this stage the blog will cover:
- site news and developments;
- updates on new articles and resources added to the site;
- news and views from the world of health and nutrition;
- and any little bits of information, ideas, recipes and the like which are not enough to comprise a full site resource page, but are important enough to let you know about!
Of course, as time goes on this could all change and grow as things evolve, but for now these are probably the most important areas to cover.
With regards to the likely topics that will be discussed, it will be anything relating to health, nutrition, detoxing, dieting, fitness, alkalising (alkalizing if you’re not English or Australian!) and general wellness and wellbeing.
While this blog will be communicating information regarding Energise for Life as a whole, it will be quite informal in nature and will at this stage (again) be largely authored by just one employee (me, Ross). As time goes by, other employees may start to join in, but for now the task of being witty, informative and a general source of knowledge falls on me!
I hope you enjoy reading and I really look forward to interacting with you - so please do not hesitate to leave comments!
