Lets get straight into the good stuff:
- Diet Blog: posts about the complexities and negative outcomes of teen dieting and also covers a new Hoodia-esque appetite surpressant from India.
- Holly (self-proclaimed Fat Bitch!): covers the problem that all of us bloggers face i.e. time spent on your blog is time not spent on others blogs (and vice-versa). Holly – you are doing a great job, don’t worry about anyone else!
- Gym Bunny: has just experienced exactly the same thing I did when I tried to find a running club - I hope she keeps on looking as there will be the right one out there for her…somewhere!
- Vincent: gives an interesting post about a total outsiders view of the acid alkaline diet approach. He is reading the pH Miracle and seems to be giving it a lot of thought!
- Priscilla: posts about her joy at reaching day 50 on her Bouncing for Boobs challenge - remember, if you havent donated – this really is a great cause
- Finally, Karen Knowler: gives us a lovely new juice recipe she has concocted
Let me know if there are any other blogs that have caught your eye lately (even if it is your own!)
