I have to be honest, there was less to choose from this week. That does not mean that there were not posts of the highest quality out there, just that the health blogosphere must have taken a little bit of a break this week. Nonetheless, here is the best of the best:
- Diet-Blog – posts a review of a new book from Felicia Drury Kliment called Eat Right for Your Metabolism. She has previously written on the alkaline diet, so it will definitely be an interesting read. This is a great review from Jim and the comments in this post are well worth checking out too – some good debating going on there!
- Mike Adams: gives us the lowdown on the potential side effects of Xenecal/Alli – the soon to be on our shelves OTC weight loss drug.
- Fatty McBlog: ponders the issue of why we feel compelled to try and finish whatever is on our plate, no matter how big the portion. Some great comments there too.
- Bitter Poison: last but not least gives a nice, impartial, sensible take on the alkaline approach to health.
I’m sure there is more out there. If you are proud of a post you’ve made let me know in the comments below!
