Thursday (Sunday) Health & Diet Blog Roundup (THDBR) #14

by Ross on June 18, 2006

Hello. Sorry this is so late, however, I do have quite a valid excuse – I was flying from Sydney back to the UK. Thankfully though, before I left I did manage to bookmark my THDBR posts that caught my eye:

  • Melissa: is just over half way through her 90 day challenge. Its well worth a read through as she is showing some great commitment and giving us a good idea of how to create a proper diet journal.

  • Joseph: weighs in with another pile of excellent posts this week, but this one about coffee caught my eye as it discusses some of the thoughts on the is coffee good or bad for you debate in relation to liver health.
  • Shay: discusses the idea the brittle nails might give us some clues as to the health of our digestive system – its short, but sweet and I have pointed it out because it is a concept I have not heard of before.
  • Mark: has set some new goals this week and, importantly, celebrates some milestones. Good on him.
  • Steve: posts an absolutely awesome podcast about defining your life purpose. I highly, highly recommend both downloading this and checking out the other ‘purpose’ resources Steve has at his site. I know this post was a little over a week ago, but it so worth pointing out I bent the rules a bit on the THDBR!.

It looks like that is it for this week. If you’ve got a blog that you think is worth me adding to my feed, please do let me know as I love finding new blogs!

Have a great Sunday and enjoy the World Cup!
