Hi all
Apologies – this week there only seems to be a couple of posts sandwiched in between THDBR’s. My only excuse is that I have got a fair few good posts that are in a 3/4 finished state that will all appear at once!
Anyway, these are the posts that have given me that warm fuzzy bloggy feeling this week:
- First up – Moe – gives us the rundown on her thoughts about the state of obesity and its related health risks. You can tell that this is one of those write at random straight from the heart kinda posts – which are always the best in my opinion.
- Dalene: from the almighty effort that is the Cancer Blog gives us some amazing tips for caregivers – the oft forgotten ones in the cancer fight.
- skinnygirl: is upping the cardio and getting some fatloss joy! Well done to you!
- Gilberto: chats about being thankful of his decision to make more informed health and nutrition choices when he did – citing the poor quality of the vast amount of foods that manufacturers are throwing at us these days. (note – i found this excellent blog (and many others) through the mybloglog community – if youre a blogger, join up. it really is great!)
- Rachel: has been struggling with her shins and the heat (something I am sure the Brits can relate to right now!)
- Midnight Raider: discusses the concept of putting more accountability on yourself by sharing your goals with others
- And finally – Gary: bigs up a worthy hero – Floyd Landis!
As ever – let me know if you’ve been a blogging marvel but I’ve missed you out – I am always looking for shiny new blogs to read!
