Hello all. So, week number 20 is upon us!
- Gym Bunny: is just 45 days away from the Berlin Marathon! Be sure to head on over there and give her some support! (although you have to have signed up to blogger to post comments unfortunately!)
- Diet Girl: posts about a BBC show that was aired a few days ago called Slimmer Winners. You have to check this out, but it is a fairly upsetting read! It discusses how out of 70 successful slimmers less than half managed to keep their weight at that level. It does, however, go to show the importance of setting goals and having a vision – as if your goal is just to lose the weight – what happens next?
- Beer Belly Blog: on a slightly more light hearted note posts a couple of celebrity beer bellies!
- BlogSci: points to research that has shown that a leading cancer drug can lead to heart problems. This is a point worthy of a post in itself as it just goes to highlight the merry-go-round that can be caused when you start drug-based treatments.
- Arlene: shares her new affirmation with us! And reminds us of how important affirmations can be!
- And finally…Congratulations to Priscilla and the whole Bouncing for Boobs team as they have officially become a charity! Well done! (and good luck with your Australian stay!)
