So you have danced, clapped, massaged, ‘Yes’-ed, firewalked, laughed and power-moved yourself through an outstanding weekend at UPW. But what now?

Now you are about to face your first big challenge:

We had a HUGE number of people down there at UPW with us this year and everyone played full out! Now that we are all back at home - here are the things you can do to keep the momentum going…!

How to Keep the UPW Momentum!

  2. Visit the forum: There is a dedicated UPW Community at the Energise Forums - sign up to chat to other people about the event, post your goals, ask for feedback, get support and catch up with everyone you met at the event!
  3. Enter the UPW Photo Competition! Do you have some awesome snaps from UPW London? Send in your photos for a chance to with our UPW Alkaliser Starter Pack worth over £100!
  4. Download the UPW Playlist! We have set up a special iMix at iTunes with all of the best songs from UPW London! This is a great playlist to exercise to as you already have anchored so many positive emotions to so many of these tunes!
