Hi all
Just a quick update – there are a couple of cool sites I found this week that I wanted to share:
- PhysioRoom.com – I found this site through the excellent Volzy.com, which is a personal site by Fulham utility man Moritz Volz (seriously, the most funny, down-to-earth footballer ever – you should def check this out too). Physio Room is an outstanding resource for anyone who is into sports, health and fitness. It has a great shop alongside a myriad of resources, articles, interviews and guides relating to injury prevention and cure. A hyper-resource.
- The Power of Choice – which is a blog by a London chap named Amit. It is all about personal development and covers a really nice range of different topics from happiness to health to meditation and career. I’ll hopefully be spending a fair bit of time reading and contributing there in the near future!
