
Another double header. My excuses this time include:
- spending a LOT of time being nice and helpful on the energise forum
- working overtime on the new Unleash the Power Within minisite
- getting up early, and staying up late to watch Spurs beat Besiktas, Club Brugge and West Spam
- spending some time NOT working at weekends, but enjoying the sunshine (for once)

I think it is great that you’re putting in so much effort for the people trying to lose weight. I, myslef, during the past 4 years, have lost 20 kilo’s and I know how long and hard can be the way to an almost perfect body and I also know, for a fact, that you cannot make it on your own without professional help
