I just can’t get enough! Its getting a bit more chilly here in Sydney now as winter kicks in so I’m turning back to warming drinks and this is definitely my favourite:
Redbush (Rooibos) tea with lemon.
So simple, but so lovely too.
Just thought I’d share!

Hey
In my mind there is no such thing as a lemon detox diet. It just makes absolutely no sense to detox your body by consuming just one thing. When you are detoxing you are asking your body to work overtime to rid all of the toxins and to rebuild and replenish itself – why would you starve it of nutrients during this? A proper detox should involve giving it MORE nutrients!
Regarding green tea and cancer – I am of the opinion that dietary behaviours can assist in preventing cancer and thinking rationally – by giving the body the nutrients it needs to function optimally – a solid diet should give the body the best chance it has got to fight illness.
Again though – it would be foolish to point out just one thing in particular. There are many, many pieces to the jigsaw!
Balance, variety and freshness are all key!
Hope this helps!
Have a great day, Ross
I presume this lemon tea has similar effects to the lemon detox diet? And i was just wondering, it isnt’t really relaed, but do you have any information as to whether green tea actually can help with cancer?
