Every now and then something rather exciting and awesome happens at Energise HQ, and this is one of those things.
I am extremely excited and proud to announce that we have managed to convince Gareth Edwards, perhaps the UK’s most qualified live blood microscopist to join the Energise ranks!
Gareth is a raw food, natural health enthusiast whose perspective on health fits perfectly with ours. Some of you may already know Gareth or might have met him at the Dr Young event in June - and if so you will understand why I am so excited about this appointment.
To kick things off I present to you an extensive video interview with Gareth.
In the coming weeks Gareth will be contributing regularly to the Energise Blog and newsletters and will also be answering your questions - but more on that next week. For now, sit back and enjoy the video!
- Part One: Gareth Discusses His Own Personal Story
- Part Two: Gareth Explaining What The Alkaline Diet Is (And Why Lemons Are Alkaline)!
- Part Three: How To Get Alkaline & Motivation, Supplements & Support!
- Part Four: The Importance of Raw Food
- Part Five: What Live Blood Analysis (Microscopy) Is & How It Can Help You (Part 1)
- Part Six: What Live Blood Analysis (Microscopy) Is & How It Can Help You (Part 2)
Gareth is now a member of the Energise team and is here to answer your questions! If you have a question about the alkaline diet you would like him to answer please email here.

Hi Ross, great interview - looking forward to seeing the other sections once you upload them. I was very interested in Gareth’s recommendation for salt supplementation and would like to recommend the book ‘Salt Your Way to Health’ by David Brownstein M.D. as an easy introduction to the benefits of salt supplementation for viewers who are interested in this.
Cheers, Alison
