Live blood analysis is perhaps the most accurate measure of your health, right now and in the future - and getting the right consultant is extremely important. Personally I have experienced the difference between a good practitioner and a bad (very bad) practitioner and it can be, not only disappointing, but also quite unsettling.
You have to trust and feel comfortable with your consultant - and that is why we have created the Energise Live Blood Analysis register. We have handpicked the microscopists (live blood analysts) who we know, trust and have a good working relationship with. The consultants we’ve picked have got an exceptional track record and we feel very comfortable in recommending them to you. Not just any old microscopist can get onto our register!

How The Right Fats Can Actually Make You Thin
Article by Bibi!
Would you like to have the best of both worlds?
How about losing weight whilst improving your athletic performance at the same time?
If the answer is YES then then we might just have the answer. You might think: “how is it possible to lose weight with fats and become fitter and leaner at the same time?”
Now we’re not usually one to be pushy with a product, but we can honestly say that this is really achievable with our favourite oil blend! The Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend is a certified organic blend of unrefined nutritional oils, free of the contaminants and damaged constituents found in processed oils.

Not having enough good fat in your diet is actually more dangerous than having too much bad fat. That’s right - omega 3 deficiency is more dangerous than trans-fat consumption!
This is the outcome of a recent study conducted by Harvard University and the Centre for Disease Control and Management in the USA. Their findings revealed that omega-3 deficiency is, unbelievably, the sixth biggest killer of Americans and more deadly than excess trans fat intake.

This week I’m bringing you one of my all-time favourites! I can’t recall where I first saw this idea but it has been adapted many, many times to make what I think is an awesome snack, side or main!
It is flavoursome, easy, quick and very very filling. You can make as much or as little as you like and I promise you wont be disappointed. The beauty of it is that it is one of those recipes that all you need is the aubergine (eggplant) and then you can top it with whatever the heck you’ve got in the fridge. It is a ‘fridge clearing’ recipe - you can use it to use up the last bits and pieces of whatever you’ve got before you next go shopping!

With the winter looming over us and shops shockingly setting up for Christmas already, we need some summer sun back in our lives! This cheery collection of coriander, cucumber, capsicums, celery, carrot and lots of other c’s is just such a nice, bright, crisp and flavour-ful dish. I absolutely love it and it goes really, really well with a simple dressing of lemon juice and olive or avocado oil.
Delicious, highly alkalising, raw, crisp and an easy way to get a big hit of veggies.

“You’ve got to do this alkalising thing ……. It’s really great. It’ll transform your life, your energy, your thinking. My friend’s Dad has lost two stone in four months doing it” you hear.
Wow that sounds amazing, you think. But where do I sign up? How do I get started?
You might buy Energise’s outstanding Alkaline Diet Course. You might even pay for someone to look at your blood and tell you what to eat and what to avoid. You’re fired up with enthusiasm and then all of a sudden it hits you ……. Holy, only grass eating and still very strong and healthy, Cow - I’m not meant to have chocolate, coffee, beer, cola or a full English breakfast ever again.

Worst. Pun. Ever. Sorry for that. The silver lining to that awfully grey cloud is that this is an awesome recipe. Not only is it ridiculously tasty and quick to make, but it is also a 100% highly alkalising salad.
I love the contrast in flavour and texture that the kale provides against the soft, sweet tomatoes.
A Pint of Real Kale
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 Big bunch of Kale
2 Carrots
2 Handfuls of cherry/baby plum tomatoes
1 Lemon, juiced
½ Cup soaked pine nuts
¼ Cup of sesame seeds
1 Medium red onion
Raw black olives
1/4 Cup of Olive/Avocado oil or Udo’s Choice
A pinch of Himalayan Salt
A Few dashes of Bragg Liquid Aminos or pHlavor
A Pinch of black pepper
