“I Feel Truly Alive”
I’m almost half way through the course and I can honestly say that I’m feeling better than I’ve felt in a very long time. It’s weird but I feel cleansed, fresh and energized. It really is a fantastic experience. I feel truly alive.
An additional by-product of me feeling so good is that I’ve also managed to shed 8lbs in weight. I initially started out at 13 stone 9lbs and I’m now down to 13 stone 1 lbs.
Since following the course, I have to be totally honest I already have increased energy levels and start to feel totally alive.
