Hey guys, Callum here from Energise with a blog post this week with some very special news. I was sitting here thinking about one of the most important factors in everyones life – health and energy. We made it our mission to apply the principles, however I found that I struggled for years and years to really get the new habits installed into my life. I kept making progress, but then the stresses and challenges of day to day living kept setting me back.

Hi ross,

i recently bought your book and think it is amazing by the way it has really helped me transform my eating habits to a more alkaline version.

Just a quick question i eat a lot of sproted spelt bread and spelt/ buckwheat pasta are these alkaline? can i really eat as much of this as i want it seems almost too good to be true?

Hi ross i recently bought your book and think it is fantastic by the way.
Just one question i eat a lot of sprouted spelt bread made by the everfresh bakery, is this bread alkaline? it seems almost too good to be true, can i really eat as much of it as i want ?

Also when it comes to spelt or buckwheat pasta as it is alkaline can i eat as much of it as i want?
