For me the biggest benefit of blogging (and why I think blogging will revolutionise the web - master of communications Malcolm Gladwell recently stated that he would dump Google before he dumps blogs) is the community and connectivity it gives us with people from all walks of life and from all over the world - and this tool helps to highlight that.
