I’ve just been doing a heap more research into the Q-Link as this product is our weekly offer in our newsletter (if you’re interested you can sign up here) and I can’t believe I missed this research before!
In April 2001, Dr Robert Young conducted a controlled experiment to assess the effects of wearing a Q-Link pendant on the blood. His results were quite amazing.
Dr Young hypothesised that one of the major contributor to cellular disorganisation (over-acidity in the blood) is exposure to extended periods of low Electro Magnetic Frequencies (the harmful frequencies from mobile phones, wireless internet, microwaves etc – click here to read more). A state of cellular disorganisation, or disease, is reflected as changes in certain aspects of blood composition and blood clotting ability.

This week Gareth Edwards, our Alkaline Diet Expert and highly qualified nutritionist, writes about candida, its causes and how we can get rid of it by following Gareth’s candida cleansing guide!
Gareth’s Alkaline Guide to the Candida Cleanse
How do you know if you’ve got candida? In some people’s case the symptoms are fairly apparent. Uncomfortable itching, white discharge or coated tongue, can all indicate the overgrowth of the yeast form candida albicans. The truth is that we all have candida. When, however, something about us changes, so that we become more acidic candida albicans can replicate and change into a multi-cellular forms with filaments that can penetrate other tissue.

This week Gareth Edwards, our Alkaline Diet Expert and highly qualified nutritionist, highlights ways how you can achieve better health and a healthy weight by following a diet, exercise and hydration regime based on alkalising – permanently!
The Magic Key to Weight Loss and Increased Health
I’ve been alkalising and …… I’ve put on weight. This true statement raises several interesting points, but fortunately is not the case for the majority of clients who seek my advice, wanting to lose weight. It is fairly rare that somebody comes to see me, with weight loss being their only health goal. In reality excess weight is usually associated with other health challenges of fatigue, elevated markers of risk for cardio-vascular disease (e.g. cholesterol) or other concerns.

Does your diet contain sufficient levels of healthy and alkaline foods which are the primary source of alkaline minerals?
If not, then your body is likely to be too acidic, which is predominantly caused by a typical Western lifestyle of high stress levels, low levels of exercise and for most, an unhealthy and acidic diet.
An overly acidic diet and lifestyle is one of the core causes for diseases and illnesses common in our Western world such as high blood pressure, high number of strokes, diabetes, cancer, high obesity levels, low energy levels, fatigue, poor digestion and inflammations just to name a few.

Hello again on this fine, sunny Melbourne afternoon. This is going to be a short, but powerful blog post. My kind of blog post. It will give you, as promised a single, simple and unquestionable reason NOT to drink cow’s milk.
If you were bordering on the edge of being a dairy drinker, but not quite sure – this will make your mind up!
Stop Drinking Cow’s Milk – A Clear Reason
I’ve been doing some research into a few customer questions lately, in particular about alkalising and pregnancy. So it turns out that one of the main reasons why people struggle to get pregnant is because of low levels of a hormone called progesterone in the female.

Evening all!
I’ve just read a flippin’ interesting post from Dr Young which really clearly explains and gives a simple understanding of what nausea is and why we experience it.
What’s more there is a really simple way to stop nausea in it’s tracks!
The Cause & Cure for Nausea
Many of us put our trust in modern day medicine that does not even understand the basic physiology or principals of digestion. You cannot find something as simple as the ideology of nausea in ANY medical text or scientific study. In other words, modern day medical science does not know the cause of nausea. I know you would be surprised at the cause of nausea and it is not what you are thinking!

This week Gareth Edwards, our Alkaline Diet Expert and highly qualified nutritionist, writes about the importance and powerful effects of alkaline minerals, as the cornerstone to maintaining the alkaline design of the body and living with health, energy and vitality.
Powerful Alkalinity with These Super-Strength Alkaline Minerals:
“My Granny lived to 97 in good health and she didn’t do any of this alkalising.”
One of the many factors that may have helped her achieve this non-pH miracle, was the relative state of the soil back in 1910, compared to mineral depleted, fertilizer and intensive farming eroded “dust” on which many of crops are grown today.
