Hey all
Just a quick one to let you know that I’ve created a full-on, proper Facebook page/group/hub!
I’ve had a profile up on there for a while now, but it is pretty clear that having a page is the best way for me to keep in touch with everyone, let you know what is happening at energiseforlife.com and the rest of the health world/blogosphere.
So, either click here or on the image to the right to visit, sign up and follow us!
I promise to give you:

It’s back! The world’s most authoritative alkaline diet forum is bigger, better, faster and more slick looking than ever before!
After a LOT of issues with spam, we’ve changed provider, redesigned, upped security and are ready to rock and roll once again.
What the forum gives you (i.e. why you should care!):
- The opportunity to learn more about alkalising and natural health
- The chance to ask questions – and get personalised answers from the Energise team
- The feelgood factor of helping others by answering their questions!

Don’t be freaked out. I’m just playing with a few different looks and feels…
Well…when I say ‘playing’ I actually mean ‘spending hours getting frustrated and angry and shouting ‘WHY’ every ten minutes. Coding has never been my strong point…
So anyway, it may all change again by the time you next come back, so don’t be alarmed. Just tell me when/where anything is broken.
Cheers – Ross

Hi all
This is just a quick post to let you know about our new Energise Forum. For those of you who do not know, a forum is a message board where you can post messages & questions, find information & answers, chat, learn, socialise and generally have some fun.
We have already got quite a few regular posters who are already posting some great questions and answers! Here are a few threads that have been running over the past few days and weeks:
- Quitting Coffee – Is Green Tea OK?

Hi everyone
Many thanks to all of the people who have been emailing me to let me know that the 10 Most Popular Posts feature is a bit broken. It is showing more than one entry for a few posts and therefore is only giving about 5 of the most popular posts.
So I am going to replace it, with something a little more manual for me but a lot more useful for you. The shortfalls of the current tool are:

As a vegetarian/ mostly vegan, raw-food enthusiast who loves the gym I obviously find it pretty difficuly to find protein-rich meals and shakes for after a heavy workout. Almost every book and every recipe on lean muscle-building relies almost exclusively on meat, dairy and whey shakes for protein intake. What about vegetarians and vegans? What about people who do not want to sacrifice their health but want to build muscle?
Well, I am hoping that this one helps you out as much as it has helped me. Here is my Energise pH Boosting, Vegan Friendly, Protein Shake!

Here are the blog goals for the EFL Blog June 2006-June 2007:
- To encourage the creation of a new community of at least 6 other alkaline diet/natural health blogs - these do not exist yet, but through blogging passionately and regularly on the subject, I intend to inspire others out there to believe that this is possible, it is easy to achieve and it is most certainly worthwhile. I have already connected with a lot of new friends who are also passionate about this subject and the longer time goes on the more chance there is for me to encourage others to start blogging!

OK so I have blogged a bit in the past about goalsetting and about the reticular activating system and about manifestations. But this week, two posts have led me to action.
Firstly, Steve Pavlina’s post on manifestations has reminded me of how powerful and inspiring this concept can be.
Secondly, Darren Rowse at ProBlogger has invited people to post their blog goals to create a big goal-a-thon, mass inspiration post.
Cheers to both of you, so here are my goals for the Energise for Life Blog!

OK – at last, and after many emails and comments and suggestions from all corners of the globe I have added a free subscription service to the EFL blog.
What Does This Mean
It means that if you subscribe you will receive an email every 10 days that simply gives you a summary of the 5 or 6 most recent posts to the EFL blog.
Nothing more. No cheesy sales pitches, no spam, no junk, no affiliate bull****, nothing other than a summary of what new posts have been made.

Hello!
It has been some time coming but the Energise for Life (EFL) blog has finally come alive. We have been wanting to do this for some time now as we think that this is going to offer us a great way of communicating with you and keeping you up to date with anything and everything to do with health and nutrition.
The overall aim of the blog is to enhance your experience of EFL, to help you get as much out of the site as possible and to give you as much value and information as we humanly can! I suspect that this will involve more hard work than I can accurately perceive at the moment, but as it’s good fun I won’t mind a great deal.
