Martin is just over half way through the course and describes it as ‘a fantastic experience’. He’s losing weight, feeling energised and fresh!

“I Feel Truly Alive”
I’m almost half way through the course and I can honestly say that I’m feeling better than I’ve felt in a very long time. It’s weird but I feel cleansed, fresh and energized. It really is a fantastic experience. I feel truly alive.
An additional by-product of me feeling so good is that I’ve also managed to shed 8lbs in weight. I initially started out at 13 stone 9lbs and I’m now down to 13 stone 1 lbs.
