Q&A With Gareth Edwards

Question One: Alkalising and Pregnancy

I am currently trying to get pregnant and I take supergreens for two weeks of the month. I take my greens then abstain around ovulation until my period starts. I feel it would be much more beneficial to take my greens every day, but is this safe if I conceived?? Is alkalising safe for pregnancy?

Question One: How do H.R.T (Hormone Replacement Therapy) patches affect the body?

I have recently started the new alkalising diet and can’t find anything about H.R.T. patches. How do these affect the body? What would replace them? Thank you. Joanna.

These answers do not replace the advice that can be gained from a consultation and review of your full medical history. If you experience unwanted symptoms you should consult with a pH aware, nutritionally oriented physician.
