I noticed above you mentioned greens (no spirulina!). I love my perfectly healthy greens but have also read about the great benefits of spirulina and chlorella. Do you not recommend taking spirulina and if so can you explain why? Thank you so much for your newsletters and recipes.

Back in the day when music was the “food” that fuelled my body, rather than sprouts and an occasional shot of wheatgrass (when I’m being “good”), I used to be particularly keen (musically!) on a guy called Gary Clail. “Everybody needs food, clothes and shelter, proper health care and clean running water” he used to bark, over particularly infectious dance beats.

I have been trying to drink lots of water like it says on energiseforlife.com but I am finding that I get bloated very quickly and just cant handle drinking all that much. I also really struggle unless the water is warm or hot (teas etc). How can I start to drink more water?

Do I Need pH Drops If I Have an Ionizer?

Hey guys!

As interest in our Chanson Alkaline Water Ionizers begins to heat up – I am getting the following question a lot!

If I buy an ionizer will I still need pH drops?

Here is my answer:

No. The role of pH drops is to increase the pH of your tap, or filtered, water to as close to pH 9.5 as possible. This is essentially all that pH drops do.
