You might think that simply drinking plenty amounts of any type of water is healthy for you, but you will be surprised to learn in Gareth’s article that there are great quality differences.

Back in the day when music was the “food” that fuelled my body, rather than sprouts and an occasional shot of wheatgrass (when I’m being “good”), I used to be particularly keen (musically!) on a guy called Gary Clail. “Everybody needs food, clothes and shelter, proper health care and clean running water” he used to bark, over particularly infectious dance beats.
