This is just a quick post, because I’m pretty sure I’ll be blogging a lot about this subject in the future as I get more and more into it.
Basically, thanks to my girlfriend, Tania, I have just discovered SunDo – seriously my favourite form of exercise ever!
I’ll give you some background info from ‘SunDo International’ in a moment, but these are my initial thoughts on it after a handful of sessions.
- It is a combination of yoga, strength training, acupressure & meditation
- I leave each session feeling positive, centred, confident & like I’ve had a workout!
